Free Vancouver Island delivery, 2-14 days
As of Jan 1, 2021 local (Victoria) deliveries go out each week on Saturdays
Small Paradise currently offers free contactless delivery for Vancouver Island. This allows the package to be delivered in the condition it should, without compromising precious cargo! Due to a wish to use sustainable packing products (aka avoiding bubble wrap and plastic) I do not offer postal shipping at this time.
Deliveries go out for Victoria each week on Saturday. Out of area orders (up island etc) may take up to 14 days. If you need your order sooner, reach out and I will do my best to make it work.
Returns.
Refunds may be issued until 7 days after order arrival.
Please reach out via the contact page, email, or Instagram DM (whichever is easier for you) to arrange for a return.
If you have received your order but expected the glass to be a different size, or if you are not sure about the purchase - please don’t hesitate to reach out. I understand it is sometimes difficult to judge size and feel without seeing a product in person. The goal of Small Paradise is to bring you glassware you will use!
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out. When packaging I take care to examine the glassware but to err is human - if you notice something not quite right don’t be afraid to let me know, we will find a solution together.
In the event that you need to return your item please make sure to keep your box & inside packing materials so they may arrive back to me safely! Once you have reached out, we will arrange a time to pick up your return, and your funds will be deposited back onto your original method of payment.
